Meet Dr. Venkateswaran

Dr. Venkateswaran, our board-certified pediatric dentist at Tribeca Smiles, values her relationships with her patients and their parents, and enjoys serving as a positive influence at their young age. She completed her undergraduate study at the University of Virginia and her dental degree from the Columbia University College of Dental Medicine. She graduated in the top 1% of her class.

Dr. Venkateswaran then held residencies at the Pediatric Dentistry Residency at Columbia University Medical Center and NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital. Dr. Venkateswarn was also a fellow in special needs dentistry at Helen Hayes Hospital. In 2010, Dr. Venkateswaran became board certified. She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.



Growing up as the youngest of three siblings, her family has always been important to Dr. Venkateswaran. She is a newlywed who enjoys spending time with her husband and their three nieces and nephew. Away from the practice, she has spent time running marathons and training in vocal music, classical Indian music, and dance. Dr. Venkateswaran enjoys reading fiction, playing tennis and soccer, and traveling (predominantly through Europe and Asia).
