Directions to Tribeca Smiles

We are located one block south of Canal Street, between Church Street and Broadway, just behind Pearl Paint (if you walk out the back door of Pearl Paint you will be on our block of Lispenard Street.) Please feel free to call us if you have questions about these directions.

BY SUBWAY

A, C, E train to Canal St. station.

Exit south (downtown) side of train, and follow signs to exit at Avenue of the Americas and Lispenard St. Walk east along Lispenard 1.5 blocks and Tribeca Smiles will be on your right, shortly after you cross Church St.

1 train to Franklin St. station.

Walk north on West Broadway until you reach Walker Street and see a small triangular park. Walk straight through this park and take your next right onto Lispenard Street. Walk east along Lispenard 1.5 blocks and Tribeca Smiles will be on your right, shortly after you cross Church Street.

N, R, 6, J, M, Z trains to Canal St. station.

Follow signs to exit at Canal Street and Broadway. Walk south on Broadway for 1/2 block and take a right on Lispenard St. Tribeca Smiles will be halfway down the block on your left.

BY CAR

Lispenard Street runs from west to east, and there is a parking lot at the corner of Broadway and Lispenard, just 1/2 block east of Tribeca Smiles.

Directions to the parking lot:

From Broadway: Travel south down Broadway, cross Canal Street, and the lot is one very short block further, on your right.

From the West Side Highway: Exit at Houston Street and continue east to Broadway. Take a right on Broadway and the lot is 1/2 block down, on your right.

From the FDR: Exit at Houston Street and continue west to Broadway. Turn left on Broadway and the lot is 1/2 block below Canal on your right.

Directions to front of Tribeca Smiles building:

From Canal St, turn south on Varick Street. After two short blocks turn left onto Beach Street. Stay to your left, following the curve of the street along the side of a small park. At the corner of the park you'll come to a light. Turn right onto Lispenard Street. Follow Lispenard for 1.5 blocks and Tribeca Smiles will be on your right, shortly after you cross Church Street.
